After 15 years working in higher education, Eric pivoted into Human Resources consulting and hasn’t looked back. He is passionate about working with small business owners in helping them actualize needed change. Eric is a certified HR Professional, having received his SHRM-SCP designation in Summer of 2019. Providing fractional HR and change management services, Eric and his firm are ready to roll up their sleeves and help organizations establish effective, long-term and sustainable HR solutions.

Red Clover offers large-scale, corporate Human Resources experience that’s accessible to organizations of any size. We provide subscription-based HR and change management services, ranging from one hour to half a day week. For small and medium sized businesses looking to scale, we offer longer-term interim engagements, with a consultant on-site 2 to 4 days a week to serve as your Head of HR, guide your Human Resources function and provide hands-on support to the employees in your organization.
