Jim is a Realtor® with over 20 years’ experience serving the Northern New Jersey market and has earned the Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR®) and Sellers’ Representative Specialist (SRS®) designations. He specializes in residential real estate and investment properties and brings more than three decades of sales expertise, technology experience and management skills to his real estate work negotiating multi-million-dollar transactions. Jim consistently provides his clients with the highest levels of customer service, regardless of whether they are buying or selling a residential home or commercial property.

Jim is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors®, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Hudson County Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Jim also leverages the strength of Christie’s Northern New Jersey’s unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to support his clients.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys singing, playing golf and preparing cocktails and gourmet meals with his family and friends. A graduate of The George Washington University, Jim is a Baritone, Board Member and Vice President of Technology with the New Jersey Choral Society. He is a past Trustee of the New Jersey Boys’ State Foundation and active as an annual presenter at the NJ Boys’ State Careers in Business seminar. He is the proud father of his sons Jonathan and Grayson and resides in Franklin Lakes with the love of his life, Carolyn, and miniature dapple dachshund Lil’ Miss Tipsy.
