Kate Carballo is a partner at Kantrowitz Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. and handles all types of personal injury and medical malpractice cases on behalf of the injured in New Jersey and New York. For over 15 years, Kate has devoted her practice to only representing the seriously injured in their fight to get justice from the insurance company giants. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and was one of the youngest attorneys in New Jersey to become Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. In 2025 she had obtained a $14 million jury verdict in Bergen County in a case against a medical facility and one of their physicians for negligent supervision and sexual assault of their 3 female patients. As a partner at KGG, Kate enjoys working on expanding the firm’s active NY personal injury practice into New Jersey and continuing to serve the underrepresented Russian speaking community. She lives in Woodcliff Lake, NJ with her husband and their 3 kids.
