I am a graduate of the Wharton Business School with a double major in finance and accounting and have a law degree from NYU School of Law. Before turning to Commercial Real Estate Finance, I was a practicing attorney and real estate syndicator providing a breadth of experience. I subsequently took that experience and combined it with my educational background to embark on a career in Commercial Real Estate Finance over 30 years ago. The breadth of experience and education has enabled me to help my clients access capital and structure transactions in an optimal way going far beyond introducing the opportunity to a capital source.

Founded in 2002, Red Oak is a boutique Commercial Real Estate Advisory Firm. Based in New Jersey, the company has national reach and has transacted in many states. Red Oak handles Construction Loans, Permanent Debt, Bridge Loans, Mezzanine Loans and Joint Venture Equity transactions. Often the assignment includes a level of strategic advice not available at other firms including determining the best way to structure and capitalize a transaction before trying to finance it. Red Oak has successfully advised and accessed capital to enable clients to exit bankruptcy court and walked clients through 1031 Exchanges. In short, Red Oak has a level of expertise which its clients find very rare and valuable.
