About Tom Haggerty

Tom approaches each client with the intent of developing a lasting business relationship and a mutual understanding of a successful outcome. This involves listening to everyone on the team and identify what everyone can bring to a project. Working with combined strengths to develop effective solutions is paramount. This approach also leads to professional friendships that have lasted years.

Even with 30 years of experience, Tom is constantly striving to learn new things, new approaches and about new business and industries. Having worked on corporate interiors, research and development lab space for pharmaceutical, food flavoring and fragrance manufacturers, transplant testing labs, secure government facilities, heavy manufacturing and industrial projects, there is always something to learn. The challenge is how to apply all of the background knowledge in a new or innovative way to allow the current project to fulfill expectations. Also having worked through multiple project problems in the past, Tom applies that education to future projects in a effort to avoid issues or pitfalls. Tom’s strengths are developing project teams that work towards a common goal and his endless curiosity for searching out a better way to accomplish a task.
